She created and led a talent program in my high school called ‘Film & Society’. During the sessions of that talent program, the material she gave was always interesting and unique. She aided discussion within the talent program, making it a very interpretive environment as the topic surrounded films, and also made sure to chime in as well. Her fluent English and communication skills are a great asset in capturing people’s attention towards her when teaching.

I’ve known her for a long time and I can say that Hashila is very confident and has great determination in doing her work. She can deliver materials well and it is understandable. Her English language skills are also highly advanced, so I recommend her as a tutor for anyone.

I met her during my time in the film and society club. She told me various aspects about film making, its psychological effect on watchers, and how to analyse various scenes in the movie to find its hidden intentions. It was fun to be taught by her. The method she used are very engaging and intuitive. She used both seminar-styled lessons and hands-on lesson to make us understand how film can affect watchers and society itself. It's a blast to be taught by her.
