About Rocío
I am a student of Anthropology in training. I studied advanced English and currently intermediate Italian. I wrote a book at 16 years old. I taught English to elementary school children at 17 years old. I volunteered teaching English for free in a language group at my university last year.

I work with the book Eco (dedicated to Spanish for foreigners). I add additional multimedia materials to reinforce the content learned. I practice online exercises with students. Occasionally we vary the activities with songs or short videos in Spanish according to the level of the language. The class begins with a 10-minute feedback in which we quickly recapitulate the previous class in addition to answering doubts. Then we begin to work on the book or do extra activities that help the student to nurture learning. When necessary there will be small tasks to be done outside the sessions. As a Peruvian teacher, I like to share my culture visually, which is beneficial for adapting my ear to Spanish and the Peruvian accent, as well as expanding our vocabulary. Preferably I work with groups to establish short conversations when it is necessary. The private classes are more detailed and I will ensure in more detail the progress of the student.
