About Subhiksha
As an enthusiast, I believe if a teacher is enthusiastic in teaching, the student will definitely show the enthusiasm to learn.
I generally have a tendency to maintain a class in more of a discussion method rather than just teaching and listening technique.
Even while maintaining the general principles and decorum of a class I make sure the students are not bored and the session is interactive.
I also prefer taking feedback from students at the end of the semester/year to improve my teaching.
