About Zahid
I am a PGCE qualified, IBDP & Cambridge A-Level Maths Specialist with 15+ years of experience teaching mathematics to ESL students within the Senior School (Year 10-13), with highly reputed institutions. I am graduated from the University of Sunderland receiving a MA in International Education. Prior to that, he earned Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Sunderland and BSc with a Major in Mathematics from the University of Punjab.
I have received continuously outstanding rankings in annual lesson observations from Dipont Academic Quality Managers (AQM) for the past several years. I hold extensive knowledge in classroom management, differentiated instruction, AfL, and various teaching methods in order to reach learners of all backgrounds. He is a specialist in maximizing students' interest, performance, and overall grades.

I taught a variety of Mathematics and Statistics courses over the years for all ability levels, ages ranging from 16 to 19 years across IBDP, IGCSE, AS, and A2 levels.
At the core of my teaching style and philosophy is a goal to communicate that math is fun. Fun has a unique attribute to fully occupy a human’s mind. Learning through amusing and challenging activities creates long-lasting visual memories which develop pleasant neuro-associations connected to the subject, teacher, school, and studies. My fundamental goal is to make each of my lessons as simple, easy to understand, and interesting as possible while still challenging students to achieve at their highest level of ability.
