About Stephen
I have a 1st class degree in Maths from the University of Manchester, and I also have a teaching qualification (PGCE in Secondary Maths) from the same university, where I gained experience teaching across the 11-18 age range. I have also taught a wide range of qualifications from adult numeracy all the way to A level.

I offer lessons for Key Stage 3, GCSE, A level and equivalent.
My teaching style involves getting you to think about where results come from and understand why they work, not just learning formulae by rote. Deeper understanding leads to greater confidence with maths and the ability to apply your knowledge to unfamiliar problems.
