About Joe
I have lived with music my whole life and I know first-hand the benefits that it brings. Music makes you feel better about yourself, it gives you a purpose and chances to meet new people with similar interests. I love teaching music just as much as listening and playing. Teaching for me is not an extra income, it is my main focus. It is a great thing to be able to share music with others and help them to gain confidence and the feeling

I believe very strongly that music exists to give opportunities for lifelong pleasure and enjoyment. Adult musicians tend to play the music that they like, but children are often forced to play whatever will help them to pass an exam. My approach is to challenge pupils by playing what they love and loving what they play. I am ready to tailor my approach to suit a child’s interests.
