About Asra
I am a third-year pharmaceutical chemistry student at UCC. I have a deep understanding of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and biology and can tutor easily in these areas. H2 in honours Leaving cert Biology, H2 in honours leaving cert Chemistry as well as H3 in honours Leaving cert English. My current grade is H1 in my degree. I am very confident in my field of study and have completed various exams, assignments and practicals in my subject over the last two years that enhance my knowledge of chemistry. I have a passion for chemistry and love interacting/ teaching. My goal is simple - I want to make a difficult subject like chemistry easier for others.

My teaching method is based on methodology and understanding.
For LC students, I mostly focus on understanding the topic followed by solving exam paper questions. I believe that concept clarity is very important therefore I spend more time making sure the student understands the basics of the topic. I can give lessons to leaving cert students as well as first-year university students. I can also tutor in Higher and ordinary level leaving cert biology course.
