About WISDOM
My name is Oblechor Wisdom Michael, a 300L student of the University of Ilorin. I am a graduate of the Institute of Basic Studies secondary school, Awi, Akamkpa, Cross River State. I have a rich experience in teaching Math especially at junior Secondary school level. I started teaching Math from 2014 (while in SSS 1), became the Mathematics teacher of Oze Classics School in 2017. I also run several mathematics classes for junior Secondary school classes and preparatory classes for B.C.E exam.

I have been teaching Mathematics for junior Secondary school since 2014 (while in SSS 1) till date. Over the years, I discovered that the greatest challenge with comprehension of mathematics is the mindset created in the minds of students that mathematics is a hard subject. This may be due to the fact that the teachers are too fast, trying to cover up the syllabus for the term, leaving students to themselves and funny enough teaching with no immediate exercise following all examples to test students' comprehension of the subject. Therefore I provide three basic approaches in teaching; 1) Provide a good teacher-student relationship (use of quick jokes, illustration that can drive the nail down the desk, give room for questions at points not clearly understood, etc.), this is to clear off the feeling that the subject is hard and provide a readiness to learn. 2) Problems are treated in this order: from easiest to the let me say "Hardest for students". And these problems aren't less than B.C.E standard (esp. for classes like JSS2 & JSS3) 3) After every example, immediate exercise is given to test and ensure the student understands every bit of the lesson. A lot of assignments are given. Trust me you ought not to be lazy. Note also; I move at the pace of students' comprehension at the same time going through the syllabus. It will be a great time learning from me
