About Amanda
I’m a PhD level biochemist and protein engineer with 15 years of experience and 8 years of experience working in the biotech and pharma industries. I love science and I’m passionate about sharing this love with others. One of the keys to my scientific success has been learning to break concepts into simpler, more digestible parts. I’ll teach you this problem solving technique and help you apply it so that you’ll build a strong scientific foundation for yourself as well!

Quite simply, I make learning science fun! Often times science is taught in an incredibly dry format: “this happens because x,y,z and this is the reaction equation, blah blah blah.” In reality, biochemistry is what keeps a cell alive and ultimately what keeps us alive! So as we view life from the lens of cell, we’ll cover biochemistry with all the drama and intrigue that it deserves!
