About Frank
I am currently a PhD Candidate in atomic physics at the University of Toronto and I've been studying physics for the last 10 years of my life. I graduated from the University of Waterloo at the top of my class, with a degree in Physics and Astronomy. I have taken numerous physics and mathematics courses throughout my academic career, and I have performed Alzheimer's research for over a year during my undergraduate years. At this point in my career I have in depth knowledge of quantum mechanics, laser physics, thermal physics, astronomy, optics, calculus, linear algebra and numerous other physics and mathematics concepts. I have also had a lot of practice explaining concepts, having been a teacher's assistant for numerous undergraduate courses, as well as having presented research at multiple scientific conferences. There is no doubt in my mind that I can provide top of the line lessons for nearly every physics/mathematics subject listed above and more.

Everyone learns differently, so my initial approach is to determine how an individual learns best, whether it is through practice problems, diagrams or equations. I can explain concepts at various levels, and I am very familiar with all of the high school curriculum, and have taken nearly every physics course available at the undergraduate and graduate level. My philosophy of understanding concepts rather than memorizing formulas will help build a solid foundation that will remain strong throughout an individual's academic career. I also know great ways to study for tests/exams and can help students prepare themselves for any type of test.
