About Cristina

I am a certified coach and PhD researcher supporting purpose-driven individuals navigating change, uncertainty, and personal or professional transitions.

My background combines research in social value, leadership, governance, and reflective practice with coaching and facilitation experience across academic and purpose-driven contexts. My current work focuses on supporting thoughtful individuals navigating questions around direction, clarity, meaningful growth, and leadership — particularly those within academic, nonprofit, social value, and purpose-driven environments.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet find themselves overwhelmed by complexity, overthinking, or uncertainty about their next step. I offer a calm and structured space to reflect, clarify priorities, explore possibilities, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

About the lesson

I support people who are navigating transitions, uncertainty, or periods of change, and who are looking for greater clarity, structure, and direction in their next steps.

Our sessions focus on creating space to reflect more clearly on your situation, organise your thinking, and identify realistic and meaningful ways to move forward.

I work in a calm, reflective, and supportive way, while also encouraging honesty, responsibility, and commitment to your own growth and progress.

Sessions are held online (Zoom or Google Meet) and are adapted to your individual situation, pace, and goals.

I also offer an initial conversation to explore what you are looking for and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you.

After the course finished, I stayed in touch with Cristina, who offered further coaching sessions to tackle some of the areas of my life that needed improvement. Cristina challenged me to look into areas I wasn’t that keen to uncover and pushed me to do things I wasn’t that comfortable doing.
