About Robert
I have been teaching at the college level for six years after receiving my PhD in Chemistry in 2010. I have been tutoring students in various subjects, including math and many sciences, since I was in high school. Students I have tutored and instructed have gone on to medical school, graduate school, as well as directly into the workforce.

I provide lessons to individuals or groups who are struggling with concepts or simply want to stay on top of their respective subject material. I am interactive and patient; my ideal scenario would be to assess the current understanding of the student or group I'm working with, and then begin building on that foundation with additional principles and concepts. I have found that working through practice exercises with my students seems to have a significant positive impact on their understanding of the subject material.

I would appreciate being able to teach students close to my location. If I have to travel to your location, I would ask a nominal mileage fee to offset the cost of gasoline ($0.25/mile); I would not charge for the travel time. Thank you.
