About Gus
I am a geoscientist with a PhD from the University of Sydney and many years of experience in the energy sector. I am currently working as a Data Scientist, building predictive algorithms for digital products.
Besides my day job, I would like to make a difference by helping younger students succeed, and realise their full potential. I have live in seven countires and besides my technical skills I can also bring a lot of exciting stories to the sessions.
I have taught at university level at different occasions (University of Sydney, Universidad Simon Bolivar) and have also been a private tutor to high school students several times. I have taught geography, maths, physics and Spanish.
I am also fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French, if that can be handy! I speak some Persian and German too.
