About Aly
The last three years of mine were spent taking care of a private reptile facility where I administered medication when needed and daily husbandry to a variety of geckos, tree monitors, and green tree pythons. I also worked at a wildlife refuge taking care of opossums, groundhogs, squirrels, bears, and various babies. I have plenty of experience on the molecular level as well through microbiology in undergrad. In undergrad, I conducted 2 years of both field and lab research on federally endangered Pitcher plants analyzing pollen and seeds with the microscope and germination traits.
