About James
I have a first-class Master's degree in Physics and have a strong maths-based background. I find teaching a very rewarding experience, and I try to pass my passion onto each student I teach.
I have also recently completed my PhD at The University of Manchester, which involved developing complex computer programming software in C++ and Python. I very much enjoy seeing my students understand computer code, and all levels are welcome!

My lessons are based around passion, at the heart of which is enjoyment in the subject and engagement. I plan each lesson around engagement with the student, to make sure their learning is the central focus of the session.
I have experience teaching levels up to undergraduate. I have taught various group sizes, from groups of 30 up to a group of 200.
