About Dr Nikki
I hold a PhD in Christian Leadership and Business. For the past 14 years, I have served as the Executive Director of a group home for males ages 14 to 21 who are aging out of the foster care system. My experience includes working with youth impacted by foster care, as well as providing support in areas such as substance abuse awareness, life skills development, and mentorship. In addition to my nonprofit work, I support small businesses through fundraising and development initiatives. In my spare time, I enjoy writing and actively attending church. I am also a business owner and have operated a restaurant since 2017. Through this venture, I provide hands-on training opportunities in my program, teaching entrepreneurship, workforce skills, and how to build multiple streams of income.
