About Miguel
I have taught different Spanish levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced. In addition, I have more than seven years of experience as a copy editor, which included proofreading all material for publication, checking for proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I edited articles to improve readability and maintain a consistent style of writing. I was also responsible for correcting grammatical, spelling and syntax errors in academic works written by university professors prior to the works’ publication.

I want to relate language and cultural content concepts to students’ life experiences in order to maintain their interest in the subject. I think students are much more likely to engage in a subject if they believe the topic is important to them. Additionally, students will better acquire a subject if they become involved in it.
