About Mojde
I have experience of teaching in different levels at universities, colleges, and schools.
I believe that everyone should contribute to society in accordance with their abilities and interests.
Main reasons that motivate me to apply for an academic position are enthusiasm to educate, study,
and solve new scientific research issues. Education and research, in my opinion, are the two most
important elements that form a evolved society. Knowledge gained in academic settings is valuable
only when it is applied to a new real-world problem or to empower students who will become the next
generation of researchers and engineers

During all these teaching experiences having discussions with peer lecturers and the feedback from
both the students and senior professors allowed me to improve my knowledge and teaching methods.
I always was trying to keep the students interested during the semester To attain successful and
desired learning outcomes, I use the two steps. First, students should understand why they need the
course information, as well as the value of the offered materials in an engineering career and the set
of abilities that they will gain at the end of the semester. Second, students should improve their skills
by progressing from easy examples to more complex challenges posed by practical tasks. The course
materials should provide the student with a set of approaches, talents, and information that will enable
him or her to address a variety of issues and tasks
