Josiah is a patient tutor and an encourager.
He taught my son maths to enable him to get to a standard to pass his maths exam when he had given up.
Josiah patiently encourages his student to get the best out of them. He makes the student at ease and keen to learn. He used different styles of teaching until he found the one that worked best for my son. He is patient, kind and listens. Most importantly he encouraged independent learning by building my sons confidence.
Meanwhile, he helped me develop deeper computer literacy for myself.

I have witnessed Jos working with young people of all ages and noticed how adaptable he is and patient when breaking down complex ideas. He is a brilliant listener, which helps him connect with others authentically, and he’s been a ray of sunshine, using humor when necessary to keep others motivated.
