About Saad

I am a PhD researcher at Swinburne University of Technology, where I study privacy-preserving data management, supported by an Australian Research Council scholarship. My work focuses on privacy-enhancing technologies for modern data systems, and I have published in top international journals, including the Journal of Systems Architecture and Expert Systems with Applications.

In addition to my research, I teach as a sessional academic at Swinburne University of Technology and Deakin University. I cover subjects like network security, cryptography, and information technology for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. I have a Master of Science in Network Systems from Swinburne and a Bachelor of Science in Computing.

I am a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and am working towards the Certified Information Privacy Technologist qualification.

I tutor because I enjoy helping students move from simply knowing the material to truly understanding it. I believe most students are more capable than their grades show; they often just need a clearer way to approach problems.

About the lesson

My sessions are designed to help you truly understand the material, not just memorize it. I explain concepts step by step, starting with the basics and moving to real-world examples. I also adjust my approach based on where you need the most help.

I am a PhD researcher in privacy-preserving data management at Swinburne University of Technology and have published two peer-reviewed papers in top international journals. I teach network security, cryptography, and IT at both Swinburne and Deakin University, working with students at all levels. I am also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Lessons last 60-90 minutes and can be held online or in person in Melbourne. My sessions are ideal for university students in computer science, IT, or cybersecurity, as well as for professionals preparing for certifications.

These sessions are best for students who want to really understand the material. If you are looking for quick tips to pass an exam tomorrow, I might not be the right tutor for you.
