About Alakta
I'm a PhD researcher in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Edinburgh, with a deep love for science and an equal passion for teaching it. I've spent three years supporting undergraduate students in the lab and classroom, and I find genuine satisfaction in helping students at all levels build confidence in subjects they once found overwhelming. Whether a student is struggling with the basics or pushing for top grades, I tailor every session to where they are.

Typically one hour, flexible to your needs. Backed by a PhD in Biochemistry and three years of university teaching. Online and in person in Edinburgh, for ages 14+ from GCSE to undergraduate.
