About Aehsanul
I am a commerce / management scholar, who has completed his graduation, post-graduation and PhD from one of the top most reputed institutes of India. I have more than 5 years of industrial experience, that has enabled me to make others understand the practical applicability of the subject knowledge in the regular running of business. I also have a teaching experience of more than 10 years. I believe that the combination of industrial experience along with the teaching experience makes me the best fit person for the job.

As per my belief teaching is a sensitive noble act that imparts any kind of valuable knowledge or information to a person which simultaneously passes on to generations who carry the perceptive mind-set that is made by a teacher. Hence, any kind of good gesture/act of teacher can make the society better or vice versa. However, pragmatic way of teaching must consider few points for better teaching environment:
1. The teacher must act as a guide to students so that he/she can control their direction if they need an advice/help.
2. Students must be given a chance to learn by self through hands on activities.
3. Research must be the part of student learning as it always works as a motivating force to learn something new.
4. Innovative learning environment must be created by the introduction of modern tools/gadgets in teaching from time to time in order to make student user friendly to the new technology.
5. Teacher must ensure the environment where students can freely ask their doubts from the teacher.
