An institutional pranayama teaching package comprising of five lecture-cum-demonstration sessions has been carefully devised by me to suit the needs of business organizations & educational institutions. Each session is of one-hour duration. The sequence of these sessions is as follows: 1. Introduction to pranayama along with the do's & don'ts in daily practice, 2. Five deep breathing routines starting with the Anuloma Viloma (Naadi Shodhana), 3. Three diaphragmatic breathing routines starting with the Kapaal Bhaati, 4. Effective sitting positions leading to the Padmasana, 5. How to make pranayama a part of our lives.
My teaching method focuses on all-round personal development with the help of meditation, & yoga. I believe in interconnecting mental, physical, & emotional aspects of self development through practice of the underlying techniques. Students, professionals, & retired persons benefit from this learning experience. The bottom line must be promotion of social good with wider dissemination of this learning approach.
