About Justin
I am a PhD student in Mathematics at Dalhousie University, where I do research in Quantum Computation under Dr. Neil J. Ross. Before that I finished my MSc in Mathematics at Dalhousie, and a BSc Double Hons in Mathematics and Computing Science at Saint Mary's University.
I am fond of the intersection of mathematics and computer science, specifically with respect to quantum computers. I also have been teaching and tutoring on such subjects for many years now. I have taught tutorials 4 sections of tutorials for Calculus at Dalhousie, and 4 Sections of Continuing Education Tutorials at Saint Mary's University. I will also be teaching my first course at Dalhousie University this Summer 2 term.

I like to be able to study interesting concepts, with interesting applications, but do so in a fun manner. Exploration into the mathematical sciences was seemingly always first on pure interest, and I try to put forward this principle in my teaching. I want to show my students enthusiasm, and confidence in their ability to help make learning a fun experience.
