About Md Zubair Alam
As a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University, with over ten years of teaching experience and multiple semesters as a university Teaching Assistant, I bring both strong subject expertise and an ability to explain concepts clearly. I have worked with students of many levels and learning styles, and I understand how to build confidence step by step. My lessons are structured, patient, and supportive, and I always create a safe space where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I believe every student can succeed in math when concepts are explained clearly and connected to real understanding rather than memorization. My approach is based on three pillars:
