About Sebastián
Sebastian is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Penn State University, focusing on education, community-engaged research, and development. His experience includes working as Deputy Vice Minister for Education, Education Management and Government, Subsecretary and Advisor in Ecuador. Sebastian has contributed to policy development in local governments, and the education sector. His ten years of experience in public service have shaped his diverse professional interests, which encompass individual development, citizens education, democracy, participation, and leadership. Sebastian aims to work with international partners to create impactful projects in the field of education for democracy.
