About Sampurna
I had been quite inclined towards Mathematics and Statistics from early on before my secondary education. This inclination gradually developed into passion as I started my graduation. I completed my Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons.) from St. Xaviers College (Autonomous) Kolkata. This language, Mathematics, then paved a way for me to understand how to communicate with real-world problems via data. This is where I got an inclination towards Statistics. The idea of extracting great insights from the data was very exciting. To pursue this inclination, I completed Master of Statistics degree from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. To further deep dive, I am currently pursuing my Doctorate (PhD) in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute itself.
