About Nick
I have been studying and working within the fitness and sport science industry since 2007. I have gained a depth of knowledge whilst studying up to Master's level degree. I am currently studying a PhD in biomechanics.
I left school with very little academic qualification and since then have tried to educate myself and find ways to understand the topics I enjoy. I understand the pressures of studying and have found ways to make learning enjoyable. I am confident that I can use different methods to find fitness and sport science easy to understand.
I am a supportive and professional coach and my teaching skills have been developed over 24 years of military service.

I have vast experience in teaching from my career in the military. I have gained teaching qualifications at level 3 and 4. I can teach in any modality the student requires be it audio, visual or kinaesthetic. Typical length of lesson will depend on the topic and student.
Lessons are for individuals aiming to gain a personal training qualification or individuals studying a physical science who wish to have further tutorials.
