About Vincent
I am a second generation Ivy League graduate with a true knack for the educational process. Having learned the importance of education early on throughout college, I published a book ("Math for the Folks: Slow to Anger, Quick to Rise"), which talks about the importance of the learning process in mathematics. To this day, aside from my PhD study, it remains as one of my biggest accomplishments.

Between the time that I graduated college and officially entered into my mathematics graduate program at KU , I was a teaching resident in the Baltimore Public School District, where I learned how to lesson plan and manage a classroom under the guidance of a experienced instructors. To this end, I believe that one of the most important things about lesson plans is making things culturally relevant and engaging. Kids do best when the material that they must learn is relatable to them, and I therefore plan my lessons accordingly.
