About Eva

I have quite a lot of experience in teaching:
- I gave private tuitions of maths, English, French, Spanish to secondary school students during my degree in Italy.
- I worked as a volunteer in King Edward VII school in Sheffield, teaching maths to secondary school pupils.
- I worked as a tutor and demonstrator of thermodynamics course at the University of Sheffield with second-year students during my PhD.

About the lesson

“I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.”
― Albert Einstein

He was so right! I normally plan my lesson by outlining learning objectives, explaining the topic trying to engage the students and checking for understanding.
