About Lara
Music has the ability to inspire people, and I feel fortunate to share that experience as a Flute tutor with 15 years of teaching experience. I work with school and college students, helping them develop technical skills while building confidence and creativity.
My lessons are simple, practical, and adapted to each student's needs. Students learn breathing techniques, posture, scales, finger coordination, rhythm, tone production, and musical expression step by step.
One of my proudest achievements is seeing students become independent learners who enjoy practicing on their own. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm training, performance preparation, and music listening skills.
My mission is to help every student enjoy learning music and achieve lasting success.

My teaching methodology is designed to help students enjoy learning the flute while building confidence, creativity, and technical excellence. I teach using Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity because I believe these values create successful musicians.
Lessons are personalized to each student's goals and include breathing exercises, posture correction, finger technique, rhythm, note reading, tone production, scales, articulation, dynamics, improvisation, and musical interpretation.
I motivate students through positive encouragement and achievable milestones. Communication remains simple, friendly, and supportive throughout every lesson. Integrity helps me create a respectful classroom where every student feels comfortable learning and improving.
Creativity makes my lessons exciting through rhythm games, favorite songs, ear training, listening practice, duet performances, and stage preparation. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, recorder, beginner keyboard, sight reading, rhythm practice, performance coaching, and basic composition to help students become well-rounded musicians.
