About Summiya
Hello! My name is Summiya Fawwad, and I am a dedicated and passionate Mathematics teacher with an M.Phil in Mathematics and 6 years of teaching experience. I have taught students following the British Curriculum across KS2 and KS3 in Dubai, helping them develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, build confidence in problem-solving, and achieve excellent academic results.
I believe every student has the ability to succeed when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and learning strategies. I am patient, approachable, and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and overcoming challenges.
My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to build their confidence, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. I take pride in preparing well-structured lessons that are tailored to each student's individual learning style and pace, ensuring steady progress and long-term success in mathematics.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to each learner's individual needs. I begin by assessing the student's current understanding and then create structured lessons that strengthen concepts step by step. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, problem-solving techniques, and regular practice to build confidence and improve mathematical skills.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. During each lesson, I focus on concept clarity, guided practice, exam preparation, and continuous feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.
My lessons are suitable for students following the British Curriculum (Years 3–9), including those who need support with classroom learning, homework, assessments, or exam preparation. Whether a student wants to improve grades, strengthen foundational skills, or gain confidence in mathematics, I provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment to help them succeed.
