About Aidan S B
Aristotle famously said of himself that he was born, now lives, and will die. In other words, no one can teach you philosophy, except maybe yourself. The best thing is to do it, preferably with someone else. I do philosophy in my own life, with friends and in relationships, in my creative writing, and as an engaged pure pursuit of its own to understand the fundamental nature of reality. My favorite questions are 'What is language?', 'What is real?', and 'How do we know the meaning of what we say?' I like most how philosophy appears as a guide in times of emotional strife when the questions themselves we are asking are broken and we have to navigate imagining new ones. I'm sure you may come to find you are no different from me.

Philosophy is for everyone. Some people say it is the quickest way to think. Whether you want to break down your own problems into philosophically analysable bits or to understand the problems philosophers have historically asked we will try to do philosophy together. Reading and study plans will be based upon the questions you most want answered. It will be my job to show you how and why philosophy works.
