About ISAAC
I’m a professional photographer and cinematographer with over two decades of experience creating still and motion work for publication, broadcast, film, and global brands. My photography and moving images have been featured on television, in films, across major editorial platforms, exhibited in galleries and commissioned for celebrities and internationally recognized companies. I bring both real-world commercial experience and editorial storytelling sensibility into my teaching.
I work with photographers at all levels, from complete beginners learning their first camera (or looking to buy their first camera) to experienced creatives refining a professional portfolio.

Photographic fundamentals:
-Exposure (manual and auto assist), lenses and field of view, lighting, technical basics
-Composition and visual storytelling
-Natural light, studio lighting, on location lighting
-Direction for models and clients, how to take ideas from concept to finished product
-Artistic growth and developing a cohesive photographic voice
-Editorial, commercial, and narrative approaches to image-making
-Improvisation and flexibility
For intermediate and advanced photographers, I offer:
-In-depth portfolio reviews and critique. Moving from “good images” to strong bodies of work. Feedback rooted in real publication and client standards
-Advanced lighting and problem-solving
-Interpersonal development to improve your results when working with people. Help models and clients understand your vision and get everyone on the same page so you can create images as intended.
-Personally tailored mentorship to fit your goals.
My approach is practical, honest, and encouraging. I focus on why images work, not just how to technically produce them, and I tailor each session to your goals — whether that’s personal growth, professional advancement, or preparing work for publication or clients.
Beginners, enthusiasts, and advanced photographers are all welcome.
