About Diego Augusto

Physical Educator with performance in condominium and free spaces. Experience in training with diabetic patients, bariatric, hypertensive, dyslipidemic, rheumatoid arthritis among others. Currently, a PhD student in Medicine at USP, with studies on the reduction of sedentary time in patients undergoing bariatric surgery.

About the lesson

Work associated with the behavioral theories of the behavior wheel sustained by psychology scholars, to inspire the student and to present their self-capacity, therefore surpassing their own limits. With experience and acting in scientific research at the Hospital das Clínicas and Heart Institute, I point out my academic training to understand the benefits of physical exercise and the sedentary time-out in patients with associated pathologies.
