About Natália Maximo
I am a training specialist for women of all ages and with different goals and needs. I am also a Pilates instructor. My methodology is to adapt each individual to their level of training and always seek their best. I work with various techniques of weight training, physical conditioning and I have a large repertoire of exercises which allows me to teach much more dynamic and efficient classes.
