About Kristen
Hi, my name is Kristen and I am currently a McMaster university student in the program integrated science, with an interest in focusing on physics. I have excelled in physics and chemistry throughout my high school and undergraduate career and have 2+ years of tutoring and mentoring my peers in my classes on topics of these subjects. Answering many questions and providing support to fellow classmates. Now, I am applying my tutoring knowledge to help more people.

Hi, my name is Kristen and I really enjoy teaching chemistry and physics to high school and middle school students. I specialize in tutoring the following classes as well as
Grade 11 + 12 chemistry and physics
Grade 9 + 10 science
My lesson plan is accepting feedback from the students on content topics they are in need of help with, and taking these topics to make a lesson plan. This includes worked out examples that students can follow along with. Once the student is more comfortable with the topic, I will also provide practice tests for the students to complete to solidify their knowledge. All while taking questions and listening to the student for anything I need to go back on or repeat more slowly. These lesson plans are dynamic, revolving fully around student feedback
