Every student wants to enjoy and see the fun in problem solving, and to have all the tools they need to solve even the hardest of problems without having to memorize a plethora of formulae. My teaching methods involve a range of styles from lecture-type to guiding problem solving and Q&A periods. I teach both one-on-one and group classes, both in person and mostly online. A typical class begins with a short lecture, if necessary, and then is followed by example problems, then guided problems and time for Q&A. Then emphasis on important concepts is made and applied to more problems. Special techniques are then highlighted and put into the students' 'bag of tricks' :) I am special as a tutor in that my experience can be applied to any level of problem, and outside of physics as well, and there are many fun different approaches to solving a given problem in physics. I will be sure to make the learning exciting and show how fun problem solving can be!

Brett is my nephew and friend. He shares the same intelligence and wit as his father. He has an adventurous Spirit somewhat like his mother. One of the main reasons I connect with Brett is because we both share that honest reputation. Concern for others In general. Making it a win-win situation but it doesn't always go that way in this kind of world. But those who are willing to learn and have an open mind can really connect with Brett. He needs a little coaxing sometimes but don't be afraid to ask because he has alot of knowledge and even wisdom for his age, especially when it comes to physics. He has taught the olympiads more than once and his students really connect with him and admire him. Brett just has that likeable quality. He wants his students to learn but at the same time fun being that they are still young and full of Adventure. Advancing the mindset have young students takes more than one mindset to be successful in life. I have no doubt that Brett is confident in his studies and wanting others to learn in his dynamic of teaching physics. I really do have praise for this young man. The learning connection with Brett would be both beneficial for the teacher and the student. How much are you willing to apply and be curious about your education ? A smoother pathway for success and enlightenment on ones journey.

Brett is a Genius! Brett's grace and understanding of the most difficult University level physics and math is impressive. With respect to physics and teaching, Brett is fun and patient while his passion for the subject is contagious! There really is no other equal that I have ever met.
