About Isabel
My fascination with physics emerged from a desire to understand the natural world, which led me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Physics. Over the past 10 years, I have taught students of all levels, helping them navigate complex topics, develop analytical skills, and build confidence in applying theoretical concepts practically. My teaching style combines patience, clarity, and interactive engagement to ensure deep understanding and intellectual curiosity.
I design lessons integrating conceptual explanations, visual aids, practical examples, and guided problem-solving exercises. Students are encouraged to think independently, ask questions, and explore alternative approaches, promoting both mastery and creativity.
Beyond teaching, I stay connected with current research, experimental methods, and theoretical developments in physics, bringing these insights into the classroom to make learning relevant and inspiring. Witnessing learners progress from uncertainty to confident, critical thinkers is deeply fulfilling and motivates my continued commitment to physics education.

My physics lessons are designed to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging and applicable. I cover mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, waves, optics, and introductory quantum physics, providing step-by-step explanations, diagrams, demonstrations, and problem-solving exercises. Lessons are interactive and structured, helping learners develop analytical skills, logical reasoning, and a deeper understanding of physical phenomena. I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring concepts, and connecting theory to real-world examples.
Beginners are guided through foundational mechanics, energy concepts, basic electricity, and wave behaviour, building confidence and clarity. Intermediate learners focus on electromagnetism, thermodynamic analysis, rotational dynamics, and multi-step problem-solving. Advanced learners engage with quantum mechanics, optics, advanced electromagnetism, and theoretical derivations. Each session balances conceptual understanding, applied exercises, and reasoning practice to ensure mastery and intellectual growth.
Physics education develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning. Students gain confidence in approaching both theoretical and practical challenges, applying their knowledge to experiments, projects, and advanced study. My goal is to cultivate curiosity, logical thinking, and academic confidence, empowering learners to understand and appreciate the principles governing the physical world.
