About Harrison
My interest in physics began with fascination for motion, forces, and natural patterns. This curiosity led me to earn an M.Sc in Applied Physics, where I developed strong analytical and experimental skills. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped students replace fear with understanding through patient, structured guidance. I believe effective physics teaching requires clarity and empathy. I focus on adapting explanations to suit different learning styles and ensuring students understand the reasoning behind formulas. I encourage questions and independent thinking. Outside teaching, I remain engaged with physics through research reading, simulations, and continuous study. These practices enrich my lessons. Teaching physics is rewarding because I witness students gain confidence in their ability to reason logically and solve complex problems.

Physics lessons are structured to help learners see the logic behind physical laws rather than feeling overwhelmed by equations. I guide students through mechanics, energy, waves, electricity, magnetism, and introductory modern physics by connecting mathematical expressions to physical meaning. Lessons emphasize intuition, diagrams, and real-world examples so learners can visualize abstract ideas clearly.
Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s academic level. Beginners work on understanding core laws, units, and simple problem-solving steps. Intermediate learners strengthen calculation accuracy, graph analysis, and experimental reasoning. Advanced learners focus on derivations, multi-concept integration, and exam strategies. Practice questions and guided feedback are always included to reinforce learning.
Physics lessons also build calm reasoning and confidence. Students learn to approach challenging problems step by step instead of rushing or guessing. Many develop a deeper appreciation for how physics explains everyday phenomena. My goal is to help learners feel capable, curious, and confident when engaging with scientific challenges.
