About Hritika

My journey in physics began with a fascination for understanding how the universe operates, which led me to pursue an M.Sc in Theoretical Physics. Over 9 years of teaching, I have worked with students across all levels, helping them gain clarity in complex concepts and confidence in problem-solving. My teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual understanding, step-by-step reasoning, and the application of ideas to practical scenarios. I design lessons to cater to each student’s pace and style, using visual aids, interactive examples, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure comprehension. I encourage questions, exploration, and critical thinking to foster independent understanding. Patience, structured guidance, and a supportive learning environment are central to my approach. Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with current research, scientific literature, and experimental developments in physics. This allows me to bring contemporary examples into lessons, making the material relevant and exciting. Teaching physics is deeply fulfilling because I witness students progress from uncertainty to mastery, developing analytical and reasoning skills that will serve them across academics and in real-life problem-solving scenarios.

About the lesson

Physics becomes deeply engaging when students see the connection between equations, concepts, and real-world phenomena. My lessons cover classical mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, electromagnetism, and an introduction to quantum principles. I focus on developing conceptual clarity alongside analytical skills, ensuring students not only perform calculations but understand the underlying physical principles. Lessons include interactive problem-solving, practical examples, demonstrations, and guided reasoning exercises to foster confidence and curiosity.

Beginners receive patient guidance on foundational topics such as Newtonian mechanics, energy conservation, and basic circuit principles. Intermediate learners explore oscillations, wave mechanics, thermodynamic processes, and applied electromagnetism. Advanced learners engage in multi-step derivations, problem-solving involving complex systems, and introduction to quantum theory applications. Each session combines stepwise explanation, illustrative examples, and reasoning exercises, helping students internalize concepts thoroughly.

Studying physics develops critical thinking, logical reasoning, and quantitative problem-solving abilities. Students gain confidence in analyzing systems, interpreting data, and applying principles in new scenarios.
