About Alyssa
With over eight years of experience, I’ve worked with students from school to university levels, helping them move beyond rote learning into true comprehension. My fascination with the subject drives my approach—connecting theory to life, curiosity to understanding. I teach with enthusiasm and patience, encouraging open-ended discussion and exploration. I bring everyday analogies into class—like comparing current flow to water or discussing momentum through real sports examples—to make concepts vivid and relatable. My mission is to help students view Physics as the language of the universe. I want them to leave each lesson with not only better grades but also with the ability to think like scientists—curious, logical, and always eager to explore how everything fits together.

Physics lessons with me are explorations of the natural world. We begin by asking the simplest yet deepest questions—why does this happen?—and build toward complex reasoning through experiments, simulations, and logic-based discussion. Each class connects abstract theory with everyday phenomena. We might study momentum through sports, optics through photography, or energy transfer through engines. This helps students visualise and retain difficult ideas with ease. Mathematics is used as a lens of understanding, not memorisation. Students learn to derive formulae, recognise relationships, and appreciate how numbers describe the universe’s behaviour. Every problem becomes an exercise in thought and imagination. By the end, learners feel empowered by Physics. They see science not as memorisation but as a way of thinking—a framework for asking questions, finding patterns, and understanding the world around them.
