When I teach, I like to break things down. Learning is achieved when you build upon an already firm foundation. I like to figure out where that foundation is and build up from there. For example, it is hard to explain why 3*4=12 if the student does not first know that 3+3+3+3 (three, four times) equals 12.
I took AP Calculus (BC) and AP Physics in high school and found that I highly enjoyed it.
I went on to get a degree in business, as Physics jobs are few and far between, but I took every upper level Physics class I could, finishing with a major in Business and Economics and a minor in Physics after only three and a half years.
If you need to cancel, please let me know at least two hours of time. The first late cancellation or missed will be given grace, no one is perfect. The second, and subsequent cancellations after two hours before the lesson will require full payment.
