About Esme
I hold a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Experimental Physics, with 11 years of experience teaching physics across academic levels. My academic training strengthened my ability to connect theory with observation and experimentation. My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and learner-centered. I adapt explanations to individual needs while maintaining conceptual depth and clarity. I encourage questions and reflective thinking throughout lessons. Outside teaching, I stay engaged with physics through experimental studies and ongoing learning. Teaching physics is meaningful to me because it helps students develop confidence in their reasoning and a deeper understanding of the natural world.

Physics becomes approachable when learners understand the ideas that give meaning to formulas. My lessons focus on building intuition through real-life examples, diagrams, and step-by-step reasoning before introducing complex mathematics. I help students see physics as a logical description of the world rather than a collection of equations to memorize. Each lesson is paced carefully to support clarity and confidence.
Students begin with foundational topics such as motion, forces, energy, work, and momentum. As understanding grows, lessons expand into waves, electricity, magnetism, optics, thermodynamics, and introductory modern physics. I emphasize diagram interpretation, unit consistency, and structured problem-solving strategies. Guided practice helps students gain speed and accuracy without stress.
Physics lessons also strengthen logical reasoning, patience, and confidence. Over time, learners become calmer when approaching complex problems and more confident in their analytical ability. My aim is to help students feel capable, curious, and empowered when studying physics.
