About Ivy
My interest in Physics began with a fascination for motion, energy, and the hidden laws that shape the universe around us. This curiosity encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics followed by a Master’s Degree in Quantum Physics. Over the past 5 years, I have guided students through scientific concepts using patient teaching and structured explanation. I enjoy simplifying difficult ideas into manageable explanations that help learners build confidence steadily. Watching students improve their reasoning skills and become more comfortable with Physics continues motivating me as a tutor. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, curiosity, and supportive learning instead of memorization alone. I believe students perform better when they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas openly.
Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with students preparing for school coursework, university studies, and competitive examinations. These experiences have helped me understand the importance of flexibility and patience when supporting different learning styles. I use diagrams, practical examples, and guided problem-solving methods to help students progress steadily without feeling overwhelmed. I also encourage learners to explain scientific reasoning clearly because communication strengthens understanding. Students often appreciate my calm teaching style because it helps them remain focused and motivated during lessons. Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about astronomy, scientific discoveries, and technological developments that continue expanding my understanding of Physics. These interests help me bring broader perspective and practical relevance into my lessons. I believe scientific education should strengthen both analytical thinking and confidence in learning. Over the years, I have seen many students transform from uncertain learners into capable and independent scientific thinkers.
