About Stephen
I hold a PhD in Physics and I am a former Head of an International Aviation Academy, leading delivery of higher education programs to over 1500 Air Force pilots. I have operated within the education sector in the UK and abroad for over 10 years and specialize in teaching Physics, Mathematics and the wider sciences.
An expert in training I have developed, managed and delivered training programs over a range of sectors as well as having held professional roles in both the nuclear and aviation industry.

My teaching style has been developed over many years and has been influenced by real-world application and my experience of designing educational programs. In the world of work, everyone tackles challenges differently and the same is true with learning. As such I operate as a facilitator to my students by offering the core knowledge they need but also understanding that my teaching style will need to be adapted in order to support their individual learning needs. Be that through academic or practical approaches. Everyone has the ability to learn and as an educator it is my job to find the method that works best.
