About Anthony
I completed my PhD in Physics in Paris, where I worked on topics related to high-energy physics, lasers, quantum electrodynamics, and numerical simulations. I am now based in the UK, working as a researcher in theoretical physics at university.
Alongside research, teaching has always been an essential part of my work. I have been teaching at the university for a couple of years, in France during my PhD and more recently in the UK. I have also been tutoring mathematics and physics occasionally since I am a student.

I offer lessons in mathematics and physics, mainly for A-level and undergraduate students, as well as for anyone curious to understand science more deeply.
My main goal is for you to understand deeply the core concepts and the general ideas at the basics of the mathematical sciences you are studying, as this is always the hardest part of learning. You will then be equipped with a strong and diverse toolbox that will serve you in the long run.
Feel free to share your objectives when contacting me, we’ll take the time during the first free lesson to discuss them in detail. I adapt sessions to each learner’s goals. As a French native speaker, I can also deliver the session in French if it is more convenient for you.
I can propose three main types of tutoring sessions:
- Support in math and physics for A level, especially for the ESAT test preparation.
- Help in physics topics and their related subjects in mathematics,for undergraduate students or people about to enter university.
- Lessons to adults who need to go back to mathematics and physics because they want to go back to education or change their career.
