About Rob
I got a Physics PhD from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands and moved to the USA in 1987. I taught college-level physics at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia for three years and undergraduate physics and computer programming at Drexel University. I developed and taught Medical Physics courses at the University of Pennsylvania. I am now retired as a Medical Physicist.

I'll emphasize a hands-on approach and thinking for yourself. We'll use standard introductory physics text books. I'll very much try to find out where the student is at and start from there. This means that I will adjust to the student's Math proficiency.
