About Christian
I am a boy of 19 years and will become a physics student at UiO this fall. I recived a high GPA from upper secondary school where I took NS Mathematics, Physics 2, English, and in addition Chemistry 2 indepentently as the recomended 3 chosen subjects, was in my opinion insufficient. In my final year of upper secindary, I applied for the Mathematics with Physics degree at Cambridge, where I was invited for an interview, and received an offer. I also have experience teaching both primary school, upper secondary school, and what is in between. Otherwise, I am a very enthusiastic person (especially as a teacher), and I look forward to helping you pull your grade up by 1, 2, 3, 4, or maybe 5 points.

I am a big fan of understanding in favor of memorization. I lived the first 15 years of my life in the belief that I was well below the average intelligent as I did not bother memorizing, and therefore received relatively poor grades in all subjects. Late in the 10th grade I found that if I only understood the basics of most subjects I could reason my way to the answer. This is where, my passion for mathematics and science began, and it allowed me to go from a 4- at the end of the 10th grade to "at minimu" a 6 at the start of NS Mathematics in upper secondary school. The most important thing about teaching is to get the student interested, something I have not failed to do so far. The next is to build an understanding that is not only correct but which the student does not forget after 2 days. This makes it very easy for me, since this is really ridiculously easy in science when you have one to show you how it is related. Step 3 is just to make sure step 2 does not fail. This through repetition and problem solving from different angles, thus making it impossible to grasp the answer, and the only way to do it is to understand what one is doing.
