About Angus
I am a second-year Physics student who is new to this service but has previously given informal lessons for a year. these lessons were at a pretty low level, as regular lessons, but they helped somebody who was at the bottom of her 8-year-old maths class get to the top. I also gave small-scale tuition to people in my year at school to help them get through both GCSE and A-level Maths and Physics. Most of these got either As or A*s in their subjects. My academic profile is on my CV. I have many hobbies including but not limited to Running, Scottish and Highland Dancing, Music, Computer gaming and Dog walking. I also read extensively into Physics theory, specialising in quantum theory. I come from Brampton, near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire and come from the countryside,

I offer lessons in A-level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and, if you want, History, and anything on that list for GCSE. I give lessons to anybody I can access within 45 minutes drive, so long as it doesn't cost too much petrol. My lessons are structured such that we and the tutee will go over a part of the theory in as much detail as they would like (I am happy to go into as much detail as they want), but then go onto solving problems using this. with solving problems, I will usually leave the tutee to solve it, then if they get stuck i will help. we will also go over exam technique, for things like laying out work and writing what the exam board wants to see. the final parts of the lessons will involve going over larger, harder problems, and how to tackle them, especially in exams.
